Booking and confirmation
A reservation is confirmed when you receive written confirmation by email. Until then, availability is not guaranteed. We hold a requested vehicle for 24 hours while a booking is completed.
Eligibility
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and must have held a full driving licence for at least twelve months. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered before the vehicle is collected.
Use of the vehicle
Vehicles may be driven only by registered drivers, only on public roads, and only within the countries listed on your rental agreement. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
Payment
The rate quoted at booking is the rate charged. Fuel is supplied full and should be returned full; if it is not, we charge the market rate plus a refuelling fee stated on your agreement.
Liability
Every rental includes third-party liability, theft protection, and collision damage cover, subject to the excess shown on your agreement. Damage caused by breach of these terms is not covered.
