Rental Policy

Pickup
Bring your driving licence, a passport or national ID, and the card used to book. Collection takes about ten minutes at a staffed location, and about twenty for a delivery.
Rental periods
Rentals are charged in 24-hour periods from the time of collection. A 59-minute grace period applies to every return before an additional hour is charged.
Mileage
Daily and weekly rentals include 250 miles per day. Unlimited mileage is available as an option on every category. Monthly rentals include 2,500 miles per month.
Fuel and charging
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank or a full charge and should be returned the same way. Charging cables are supplied with every electric vehicle.
Returns and cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before collection. Inside 24 hours we retain one day’s rate. Date changes are free at any point before collection.
