What we collect
We collect the details you enter when you make a booking — your name, email address, phone number, driving licence details, and the pickup and return information for your rental. We also record the vehicle assigned to you and the dates it was in your care.
Why we collect it
We use this information to prepare your vehicle, confirm your reservation, meet our insurance and legal obligations, and contact you if something about your rental changes. We do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with our insurance provider, our payment processor, and, where required by law, with the relevant authorities. Our roadside assistance partner receives your name, vehicle, and location only when you request help.
How long we keep it
Rental records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and insurance requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them, which you can do from any email we send.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain. Write to email@example.com and we will respond within 30 days.
